This is the hottest sauce in our lineup. We carefully balanced Flavor and a Hot, Hot, Heat. It features Dried Bhut Jolokia Peppers and has a rating of over 1 Million Scoville units. In 2009, scientists at India's Defense Research and Development Organization announced plans to use the chilies in hand grenades, as a non lethal way to flush out terrorists from their hideouts and to control rioters.
The more common use is in northeastern India, the peppers are smeared on fences as a safety precaution to keep wild elephants at a distance.
